Our Beliefs
- About The Bible…
- The Bible is God’s word breathed (2 Tim. 3:16). He supernaturally inspired man with His Scripture (1 Thess. 2:13).
- About the Trinity…
- God is eternally self-existent and has revealed himself in 3 persons, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Despite the fact that the word trinity is not mentioned in Scripture, it is in harmony with scripture(Deut. 6:4, Isaiah 43:10-11, Matt. 28:19).
- About Christ…
- Jesus Christ is eternally the Son of God (Luke 1:35). He lived a sinless life (Hebrews 7:26).
About the birth of Christ… Jesus was born a virgin birth (Luke 1:31). It is important to understand the virgin birth that brings both the Godly and the human substance of Christ.
About the resurrection of Christ… Christ’s resurrection was literal and Bodily (Luke 24:39). His resurrection was the completion of his substitution for sinners. - About the Holy Spirit…
- The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity. He is co-equal with the Father and the Son. He was sent by Christ (Luke 24:49) to empower, encourage and convict the world Christ left behind (1Cor. 12).
- About Salvation…
- Man’s only hope for Salvation is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ the Son of God (John 3; Romans 10:13-15; Titus 2:11; Titus 3:5-7). There are only 2 choices for man, Christ or not. The results of Christ is life and the results of not is death (John 3:36).
